Stop Staring at a Blank Post. Stay in Front of Voters Every Week.
You know you should be posting. Then you open the app, freeze, and close it. A week goes by. Then three. This kit tells you what to post, when to post it and gives you templates that look sharp, so your campaign page works as hard as you do.
$27, one-time. Instant download.

A note from Josh
"I founded Red Helium Strategies in 2018. Most candidates know they should post. Then they freeze, go quiet for three weeks, and voters forget them. This kit gives you the posts, the templates and a weekly plan you can run yourself, so you stay in front of voters. Josh Gibbons"
The problem
You're the candidate, the scheduler, the fundraiser and the comms staff. Social media lands at the bottom of the list, and when you finally get to it:
- The blank page wins. You don't know what to say, so you say nothing.
- There's no time. Writing posts at 11 p.m. after doors and work isn't a plan.
- Posting is all over the place. Three posts one week, then silence.
- It looks amateur. Blurry photos, no design, no clear ask.
What it costs you
When your page goes dark, voters assume your campaign did too. Supporters who would have given, volunteered or shared never see the ask. A page that looks thrown together makes people wonder how you'd run the office. And the weeks you lose don't come back. Election day comes on schedule whether you posted or not.
The fix
The Campaign Social Media Kit takes the guesswork out. It gives you 60 posts on a 13-week schedule, in the order a campaign actually runs: launch, issues, fundraising, volunteers, endorsements, voting info and get out the vote. You fill in your name, office and town, drop it into a template, and post. You spend minutes on social, not evenings, and you show up every week.
Who it's for
First-time candidates running for city council, school board, mayor, state legislature or statewide office.
- Candidates running their own campaign page with no comms staff
- Candidates who keep staring at a blank post box
- Anyone who wants donation asks, volunteer calls and voting reminders on a real schedule
Who it's not for
- Congressional or other federal races, or campaigns with a full-time digital staff
- Anyone looking for legal advice. This is guidance. Your state's rules still come first.
What's inside, and what each piece saves you
60 posts on a 13-week schedule (8-page calendar PDF plus a spreadsheet CSV). Each post says whether it goes on your personal page or the campaign page. Saves you from deciding what to post every single day.
The schedule follows your campaign in order: 1. Launch. Announce your run and introduce yourself. 2. Issues. Say what you'll do, one issue at a time. 3. Fundraising. Donation asks tied to your goals. 4. Volunteers. Recruit help for doors, phones and events. 5. Endorsements. Share who's backing you. 6. Voting info. How to vote, including early or by mail where your state allows it. 7. Get out the vote. Election-week posts labeled by days out, so they fit whatever date your election falls on.
Every post comes with: - An on-image headline and a fill-in caption. No writer's block. - A filled-in example, so you see what finished looks like. No guessing. - A spot for your paid-for-by line on every template. Easy to remember. - A "post only if it's true" note on progress posts like "halfway to our goal." Keeps you honest and credible.
9 post templates, as ready images plus editable files you open in your browser. Square 1080 x 1080 cards: quote, event, endorsement, volunteer ask, donation ask, election day, issue, thank-you and days-to-go countdown. Click the text, type your own, save the image. No software or account needed, and a how-to-edit sheet is included. Saves you from hiring a designer or looking amateur.
A 20-page PDF guide. 12 chapters on running your campaign pages: setting up your pages, personal page vs. campaign page, photos and video from your phone, and tying posts to the rest of your campaign, plus a gallery of the templates. Teaches you the why, so you can keep going past week 13.

About paid-for-by lines
If you post as a campaign or pay to promote a post, your state may require a paid-for-by line. Check your state's election office before you post. Facebook and Instagram also require their own ad authorization and paid-for-by label before you can promote a political post.
Why Red Helium
Josh Gibbons founded Red Helium Strategies in 2018. Josh was named Canyon County Hall of Fame, Republican of the Year, 2023.
This is the weekly plan built so you can run it yourself, with the reasons behind each post so you learn as you go.
What it's worth
You could hire a consultant or a digital firm to run your pages. That's a monthly bill most first local campaigns can't carry. You could also write every post yourself, which costs you the one thing you have least of: time.
This kit gives you the plan, the posts and the templates for less than a tank of gas. If it keeps your page from going dark for even one week, it has paid for itself.
